Digital Camera

Can someone reccomend a good digital camera?

I don't need a digital SLR, that's just out of my budget.
But something that has some nice features....reliable....LCD, optical zoom, i'd like it to be at least 3mp...etc etc etc...

There's just so much out there, i'd love to hear some of your experiences if you could share?
